5 Reasons to go to your Own Edge and Scare Yourself a Little

Doing things that are scary make life better.  Taking life to the edge makes everything sweeter.  Here are 5 reasons to give it a go:

1.  You learn something about yourself.

2. You have something exciting to talk about.

3. It confirms that you have it in you, just as you thought.

4.  You get to be a kid again.

5.  It makes life exciting.

No Ideas of what to do?  Try one of these (there is something for everyone):

1.  Go for a run or walk just before dark and finish up in the pitch black.

2.  Eat one half of the food you usually eat for a day and see if you live.

3.  Go to a Bikram Yoga class.

4. Go out in the woods alone.

5. Write a poem and read it to someone.

    I love this! I was thinking of you when I was on my hike last night. I got to watch the sunset over Avila Bay and see the first star on my way back down the mountain! It was amazing 🙂

    I’ve heard it said, “If you’re not living on the edge, you’re taking up too much room”. Ya think?
